jazz in latin
at the observance of the 2000th anniversary (yes, that's three zeroes) of the death of
Horace (Quintus Horatius Flaccus), a collection of traditional jazz has been released,
sung in latin to texts adapted from
Horace and translated by university of helsinki professor emeritus
tuomo pekkanen (editor of the finnish broadcasting company's
nuntii latini). the CD is titled: «
